Adult learning principles
We refer to a set of assumptions and concepts that guide the design and delivery of effective training for adult learners. Some of the key principles are : relevant and practical learning, multi-sensory and varied learning experiences, active participation and self-directed learning. These principles can help to engage and motivate adult learners, promote retention and transfer of knowledge and skills.
SME led
We seek guidance from an individual or a group of individuals who have deep knowledge and expertise in the topics of learning to help us formulate and articulate the learning needs and ensure the learning design and products are fit for purpose and the overall training program meets the objectives.
Creativity
Wherever possible and applicable, we instill creativity by encouraging the use of multimedia such as videos, images, and audio as well as simulations and reflection. This can enhance a dynamic learning experience that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and ownership of learning.
