Some of the key principles are : relevant and practical learning, multi-sensory and varied learning experiences, active participation and self-directed learning. These principles can help to engage and motivate adult learners, promote retention and transfer of knowledge and skills.

Wherever possible and applicable, we instill creativity by encouraging the use of multimedia such as videos, images, and audio as well as simulations and reflection. This can enhance a dynamic learning experience that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and ownership of learning.
