  • Yes we do have samples you can see in the Our Services tab. Please be mindful that we cannot show the actual materials due to our clients’ privacy and confidentiality. Therefore, these are generalised samples to give you and idea of that they typically look like.

  • We provide services ranging from learning needs analysis, the design and development of training material and programs, including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, videos, animations and job aids, to the implementation/delivery and evaluation of the programs.

  • A fast-track project typically takes between 6 to 8 weeks to develop a suite of training products, including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, videos and job aids/guides. Some projects take longer to complete due to the availability of the subject matter experts or stakeholders and other things. On the other hand, it takes much less amount of time to produce a smaller size training package, sometimes as little as 2 weeks.

  • We follow the ADDIE model in developing our training programs. ADDIE stands for Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. Each phase of the ADDIE model has a specific purpose and outcome. The model is a flexible framework that can be adapted to suit the needs of different training programs and organisations. It could be that some steps have already been done by your organisation and we complete the rest of the process.

  • We use Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) for our eLearning modules, Vyond for our animations, Canva and Clipchamp for video editing, and Microsoft products, Adobe and Snagit for our user guides, job aids and presentation documents.

  • The answer depends on what services and products are expected. To give a perspective, for an eLearning module, it costs from as little as AUD 300 per minute of the module, depending on these factors: how much consultation there is to do, the level of intensity and interactivity required in the module, whether you require voice over and whether you require captioning.

  • We typically start with a learning needs analysis, this could be done via a workshop or an online survey or both or may be this part is already done by your organisation. If it is, we can progress and provide some design recommendations to your SMEs, and once approved, we will continue to work together and build the program and associated products. They will primarily be responsible for providing the expertise and content guidelines for the topic/s.

  • Not a problem at all, we will still help you with this.

  • That is absolutely fine, we can help with that and we can provide you with the summary and outcome of the workshop.

  • We typically use the Kirkpatrick’s model in evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs. The outcome of the evaluation is a mixed approach, using a combination of quantitative approach (e.g., survey using Likert scale) and qualitative approach (e.g., survey or focus group with open questions). More information about Kirkpatrick’s model can be accessed here.
